Wales day 2

After trying to sleep off the jetlag, we woke up the next day and went to the Old Oswestry Hill Fort. This was an Iron Age fort situated just outside of the town. Today there is nothing but the earthworks remaining, however one can still get the feel of what it may have been like for a Celt who lived in this area at the time, particularly as it was cold and rainy the day that we were there.

After that, Father and I went for a short walk on one of the hundreds of footpaths which are around our house.

That is the name of our town, and here is our house.
